The wifi is very easy to use. We were able to connect right away. We were able to navigate our way through Tokyo. We were also upto date with our social media because we have wifi everywhere we go! Really helpful. Definitely be purchasing again on our next travel.

First of all, pocket wifi is easy to use, reliable, signal is great.
Convenient in picking up the item (I pickup my unit at a counter in New Chitose airport) and returning is very simple (dropping the parcel, pre-filled up mail, at any postbox around the city)
