worked as it should!

I frequently travel to Japan and always use Japan Wireless in order to have reliable and fast internet.

The latest trip the routers provided seemed to have been renewed as well so they’re more recent models.

Reliable and fast connection throughout Japan.

I researched many different WiFi’s for my trip to Japan but ultimately settled on Japan Wireless.

I could not be happier with my decision as this device’s battery only died on me one time (no worries as they provide a portable battery) and we were able to keep Internet strength through our trip, even in some remote mountain areas.

Next time I visit Japan I will go back to Jana Wireless!

I have used Japan Wireless many times when I travel to Japan. Great service and excellent quality products.

Thank you for making our stay in Japan connected with our family and love ones despite the distance. I never had a trouble with internet connection. The router was also very easy to retrieve and return thru the airport pick-up point and postal dropbox. Never had any problem with it which means a lot to me. My heartfelt thanks. Will definitely recommend Japan Wireless to family and friends!

It was our 2nd time to use JApan wireless and we were so satisfied and happy for its efficiency snd hasslefree receipt and return.

Overall, this device met my expectations. Easy to acquire and return. This system is provided with great service and it’s too easy to use. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Very pleased with choosing Japan Wireless for this service. The package conveniently arrived at my hotel for my use that day.
Throughout my stay in Japan I had no issues whatsoever with connectivity and I appreciate that the device was unobtrusive and fit perfectly in my shoulder bag.
After I was finished using it all, the entire package was placed into the prepaid envelope and dropped off at the local post office without a worry!

Will DEFINITELY be using this product again in the future!

The process to purchase, pick up, use, and return the portable Wi-Fi was great and easy. The signal was pretty consistent and rarely didn't work. Sometimes it didn't work on bullet trains, but overall it was definitely a needed item for our trip.
