Awesome and easy service! Highly recommend

Great service, super easy picking up my device at Narita and dropping it off at Kansai. Never had any issue with connection, and I really enjoy the true unlimited data service. I never had to worry one moment about over usage or my connection speed being throttle. I would definitely use Japan Wireless again next time I'm in Japan.

I rented a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless.
The process to pick up and drop off the package for my trip in Japan was simple.

Speed and connectivity were reliable across various cities of Japan (Kyoto, Osaka, Tokyo, Okinawa) and even in the subway.

They also include a spare battery pack to keep your pocket wifi charged.

I would recommend bringing a 2nd battery just in case with higher capacity if you plan on using it for 12+ hours straight etc.

Highly recommend!

I've used Japan Wireless' Mobile Wi-Fi Rental service several times. It alwaus gives great service. The Wi-Fi units work well & connectivity & speed are great. Even in some remote places that you would think would not have a connection. Can definitely recommend them to others.
