Perfect service and really useful

El servicio de entrega fue perfecto y muy sencillo y el router funciona perfectamente en todo Japón. Lo recomiendo, sin duda.

The pocket wi fi was wonderful, as we could research shinkansen routes and times. For Americans accessing websites we are familiar with was great! There was no place where the wi fi did not work except when the battery died and we didn't bring the portable charger.
The website did not show what the day was in Japan and I had reserved it for a day in advance. Luckily the post office staff still had my mail and were very helpful.

Staff were very helpful.. great job!!

This was used on Cheryl Uwono's phone as given as a gift from her children. There seems to be no problem while she used her iPhone.

This MiFi device was fantastic and a cornerstone to my wife and I getting around Japan for 5 weeks. We always had really good signal (except in the Japanese alps, which is to be expected to not have signal) and we rarely had to charge the device during the day.

The device worked well and was reliable. Good price.

This is the best ever. I had wi-if everywhere I went (kyoto, Tokyo, and Osaka) including in the underground subways of Tokyo. It’s affordable and well worth the money. My trip would have been completely different if it were not for Japan Wireless

Best service ever any problem easy to use and sendback really easy. Top i will use again for my next trip in japan. For sure. Arrigato.

Convenient and easy to use, worked very well throughout Japan for 5 weeks.
