It changed my Japan experience. This was my second trip there and I purchased the e sim and it made google maps and any other internet browsing worth it

good service, good connection

Easy to organise and works perfectly.

We got the 10 day unlimited Esim and had zero issues. Google maps worked everywhere we went in Osaka Kyoto and Tokyo. The second we landed in Japan, I activated the esim on our phones and we were off to our vacation.

Very good signal and easy return process

Amazing service and communication. Will use Japan wireless again next time we go back to Japan.

Emails were answered fast. Instructions in English were clear. Our phones lost communication only a few times but reconnected with the router quickly. Having the back up battery was really helpful. We like the small size of the router and battery. We like that we could pick up in the airport, the only problem we had was trying to find the Ninja counter after having no sleep and being exhausted. I wish they could have helped us start the router but we didn’t have the energy to try and start the router right away. When we come back we will use again.

I was able to quickly install the esim and get on the 5G network in no time. It was a tricky that I had to scan the QR code from my own phone. So I had to use another phone to do it. But overall, it was smooth and very useful.

Benissimo. Ottimo funzionamento e lunga durata della batteria

Excellent service. Pre ordered for our trip to Japan, delivered to our hotel for arrival. Easy to use, provided with charger and leads as well as a power bank! Returns was super easy from Haneda
