The WiFi unit was fantastic, very easy to set up. We had great coverage throughout the country. The battery life far exceeded expectations. Only once did we have to use the spare battery. I will definitely use Japan wireless on my next trip to Japan.

I loved using japan wireless best wifi supplier I have used in japan. It is so reliable and works everywhere I went, it also comes with a power bank so your internet doesn’t run out. Super affordable and I would definitely use this service again.

Able to make voice calls on the mobile wifi - great feature

We rented only the Business Wifi (95mbps) and the speed and connection were outstanding even with the four of us connected at once. My group and I travelled around Tokyo, Chiba, Fujikawaguchiko, Gunma, Ibaraki and Tochigi and the only time we didn't get a signal from this wireless wifi is when we were waiting in the tunnel to see the Fukuroda Falls. Best value for people staying for a longer time in Japan. Highly recommended!

Such an easy service by Japan wireless. I did have a faulty WiFi box to start with, wouldn’t charge properly, but they sent a new pack next day no questions asked. So efficient. Would use again.
