Japan Wireless has excellent customer service. They had great prices and offered immediate detailed directions on how to claim your device in Japan , and answered all questions immediately. There was no waiting and I know now, 1 month in advance that all I have to do is bring my receipt and collect my device the Narita Airport Post Office.

Fantastic Wi-Fi.

I have booked premium Wi-Fi for 26 days around many prefectures in japan. The Connection was everywhere very stable and resend were very easy and totally free. Next time i will choose Japan Wireless again! Thanks

Very good and smooth logistics, easy to handle and good connection quality.
In case of questions very easy and fast contact with customer service.
Definitely recommend.

The sim card worked perfectly and the service was excellent. Our flight got delayed and we couldn’t collect our package as planned, so we contacted JW. They immediately had our sim re-delivered to the next location, and the day after we had it. Absolute perfect service!
