My wireless was waiting at my hotel when I arrived per my request. Used it the entire trip for my husband and I and NEVER had an issue!! Used the included envelope and dropped it in the airport mailbox on the way out. PERFECT

Japan Wireless was was perfect for the whole duration of the trip with excellent coverage and speed too.

Japan wireless service was very reliable and helped us stay connected through our whole trip!!! Well worth it!

We used it for 7 days. Got it delivered to our hotel which arrived a day before. Easy to setup just turn it on and you're ready to go plus it got really good coverage. The return was easy just put everything back into the envelope and drop it into a post box.

Easy to book, pay and collect.
The internet coverage is great even outside of big cities (during my long shinkansen ride from Tokyo to Hakata, the internet is great too)

Something that i notice that, it was hard to recharge the batery in the shinkansen.. I've tried to recharge it in the shinkansen plug but even after 2 hrs the battery did not recharge

Easy pick up, easy use and easy drop off

Overall, the mobile wifi was pretty easy to use. Didn't know any of the features since it was in japanese but we could connect to it and that's all that really matters. The inclusion of portable battery helps cause the battery on the mobile wifi lasted only 4 hours before needing to recharge. We also went from Tokyo to Kyoto and the mobile wifi worked just as well. There were only a few times where the wifi dropped randomly but only for a few minutes and it would work again.

Perfect product, thanks to the external power bank I had internet on the go day and night, no drops in reception. 5 stars.
