The wifi is good and it works pretty decent. But sometimes it lags and dissconects for no apparent reason. And the internet speed could be better, overall it was a good experience.

Came for business trip. Needed permanent connection.
Japane Wireless offered a reliable quality service, ready to go.

The minor problem was to find the post office at my arrival at Narita as it was not clearly indicated in the airport. A help on this would make this service perfect.

I will book again with Japan Wireless service.

Cheap, very easy to set up, efficient, fast, reliable, power lasts all day with above average usage, no complaints at all.

Great Service from Japan Wireless. My wi-fi was waiting for me at the hotel and it was so convenient to use it. Returned the wi-fi back in the self-address envelope and dropped it off at the airport. Will use it again!

Very easy to use and lasted almost all day

The device worked excellent, was an useful support during our trip to Japan, we did not even need the backup battery. Having permanent WiFi the use of WhatsApp, Google Map and Trip Advisor definitely improved our trip experience
