Cannot recommend enough, WiFi is fast and battery lasted all day. I used the spare battery pack to charge my phone on the go. Would not have gotten around so easily without this WiFi rental.

I couldn’t imagine traveling without this feature. It was easy to use and the process was very convenient. The WiFi device was waiting at my hotel for me and came with a completed return envelope. Consistent access to the internet made using the train systems and navigating much easier. I would recommend this device and company to any travelers visiting this beautiful country!

I recently spent two weeks travelling in japan with my daughter and the one constant that made the trip better, was the internet access provided by Japan Wireless. I booked it through Klook before my trip and picked it up at Narita when we arrived. Instructions were simple and it worked flawlessly throughout. High speed, unlimited bandwidth. It was magic. We were able to stay connected to our family and friends, share photos and video in real-time. I thoroughly recommend this to anyone travelling in Japan. 10 out of 10.

We had WiFi all the time during our trip in Japan, even on the subway, it was Great! And the price, very reasonable!
The only thing is that the battery of the device didn’t last as much as other devices I’ve used, but other than that great great service. I really recommend it, a lot.

Service is excellent and coverage is great. The only complaint is that the cost is a little high. Especially after you figure in exchange rates.

I'm so happy with my Japan Wireless experience. I didn't need to use any phone data due to this service. The wifi device stayed charged all day, though it came with a mobile charger, which I was happy to not have to use. It was relatively easy to find the pick up location and it comes with a return envelope to send/return back to Japan Wireless. Seamless experience overall!
