Great service! At the hotel when I checked in! Pocket WiFi battery lasted all day! Dropped it in the mailbox at the airport!

Excellent product never fail

this device was amazing. Fits in a pocket and we had no problems accessing the internet from anywhere during our trip. Recomended to anyone visiting Japan.

A family member recommended using a pocket WiFi for our 14-day Japan circle cruise. We compared three companies and decided upon Japan Wireless. Fantastic results that we highly recommend. Airport pickup was easy, connection even easier, and then fast service on all four devices from all directions as we were on land as far South as Magasaki and as far North as Hakodate. Each overnight our cruise ship travelled, as as long as we stayed up to a few miles offshore we had coverage. One “sea day” we went without coverage, but all other times we had full coverage. At the airport we slipped the prepaid shipping envelope with the pocket WiFi, the cable, the backup battery, and plug, and that was it. Within one day we received notice that the company had received our returned equipment. Perfect!!

The unit was small, kept its charge, and totally handled my communications needs. Very affordable :)

Wireless device worked well. My only complaint is that it would be nice if the battery life on the device was around 8 hours without having to use a battery pack.

My device was waiting at the desk when I checked in and returning it was easy too

Great router, worked perfectly fine for over 2 weeks, 4 people were connected, I do recommend!

Easy pickup and return. Service is consistent and the gadgets are in full condition

Worked perfectly, I used it all over Japan and never had a problem.
