I had a great experience with Japan Wireless. They had great service and support, and the platform was properly automated.

They make the process of getting the unit very easy. You pick it up from the airport and when you leave, simply drop it off a post mailbox in the airport. They even provide the prepaid envelope.
The internet quality is satisfactory and they even provide a battery bank to ensure you’ll never run out of internet.
Highly recommend. Next time we return , it’ll definitely be with them again.

Good price. Purchasing process is easy and there are a lot of sending options for physical SIM. I got it at posting Office in Narita airport. SIM was easy to install (I got proper instructions with It) and provided me great quality internet connection, so such a successfull purchase! I recommend It.

I've always used Japan Wireless everytime I visit Japan. The provided device lasts the whole day and it came with a powerbank. The connection is reliable and fast

Excellent connection and battery life

Affordable, great value! Second time using their WiFi service and it’s so easy to pick up / drop off at the airport.

This was my second time using it.But this time there was a problem with the charger, so when I contacted them, they responded within 24 hours and ultimately sent me a different router right away. It was a very excellent service.Thank you!!!

Requesting the devices and picking up/returning the devices is so easy and fast. We've used them for All our trips we've taken to Japan. Hassle free and convenient.
