The pickup at Narita was easy and seamless, amazing battery life and wifi speed. Great price for our family of 3. Super convenient to return by mail. Would definitely recommend snd will use again!

Easy to pick up, easy to return, great coverage while I had the device. The battery life was great too. Will definitely use this again.

I was very happy with the stable connection that this Pocket Wifi provided. However, the heat in Japan caused the battery life to be shorter. Especially when 5 devices were using the Wifi at the same time. So it was very nice that a power bank was included. That way everyone could stay online longer.
I can definitely recommend Premium Wifi from Japan Wireless to everyone.

Very good very nice

We rented a mifi (mobile wifi) with unlimited data as a family. In that way we where able to navigate and translate during our trip with no extra cost. Very good service and just a simple return by sending the device by mail on the last day.

Japan wireless was so easy to use, price was better than others and service was excellent! I loved being able to just throw it in the mailbox to return it and it was so nice that they provide a power bank as well! Will rent from them again and recommend to others!
