Perfect service
The router was delivered to my hotel perfectly on time, and I had no issue using it during my whole travel.

Device was waiting at our hotel. Easy instructions to get connected and well packaged. We never had an issues and would definitely recommend it to anyone. In fact our friends are visiting Japan later this year and I will be passing on all the information to them!

A no brainer : Pickup your parcel at the airport turn on that's it. WiFi for a long day (delivered with an additional battery) for 4 persons including teens watching Fortnite videos on YouTube. Great connexion great service !
