BEAUTIFUL
Had no problems with the hardware and customer service was very accommodating helping me get the device in the mail.
I'm very satisfied. Easy to use, pick up and return
Buen precio, excelente servicio, nunca fallo y la batería de respaldo muy bien.
I am very happy with the wifi speed and connection. It helped my through my trip smoothly. I'm also pleased with the whole rental process e.g. ordering, pickup and return.
They are efficient and friendly even I ordered last minute. Without them, my schedules will be delayed.
I visited my grands in Japan deep in the mountain countryside in Hyougo. Some wifi rentals i've had in the past had no reception there, but Japan wireless had strong signal with great speeds. 5/5 would rent again.
Good service!
Extremely helpful on my recent, week-long trip to Tokyo. Worked wherever I went. Very easy to pick up at Haneda, and to mail from a post box at Haneda upon return.
Pocket wifi was easy to use and helped us get around by using google maps on our phone without using data.
