Fast Internet good Information

Very easy to pick up wireless router at airport, and use on an extended trip and drop off at airport while flying out. Very easy to setup and very reliable, long battery life and enabled my family to navigate the country using our phones whereas without the wireless router, we would have been left guessing...super easy to use, convenient, and super necessary. Don't hesitate to use Japan Wireless!

Perfect in all sense.

We have used Japan Wireless three times... in Tokyo and Kanazawa, around Hokkaido and Kyushu. Excellent WiFi connections were very clear and fast. We opted to have delivery at the hotel when we arrived. They delivered. Equipment and router always worked.

I have been using their pocket wifi every time I visited Japan for this 5 years. The company always provide stable wifi connection and reliable service.

I was really happy with the pocket WiFi provided by Japan Wireless. Not only was it pretty cheap considering other options (plus I used a coupon code!) it was super high speed and lasted all day and then some. It was easy to pick up and drop off so I would definitely recommend.

The device was waiting for me at the hotel front desk, everything I needed was in the package (plugs, chargers, ac adapter), connected easily to all my wifi devices and the mail envelope made it easy to return. My only complaint is the device gets hot after awhile. I had it in my pocket and notice the heat radiating from the wireless device. Had to put it in my back pack instead. Other then that it works like a champ.

Very useful, would definitely use it again.
