Fast delivery to Tokyo station post office 24h parcel collection service, we went to collect our parcel at night after landing quite late, no problem! Super fast set up and the battery lasts for ages! Truly unlimited and super fast internet. Very happy with this service!!

Easy pick-up and drop-off service at Kansai airport. WiFi device can hold at least 6 devices without giving up on speed. Even in remote areas we still were able to connect to the network. For a price of only 65 euros (8000 yen) for 12 days this devive is well worth your money!

Good coverage

This was my third trip to Japan and the third time I have used Japan Wireless. I was very happy with the service each time. The mini wifi provided quality and consistent connectivity. It is conveniently delivered to my accomodation (or a post office as with this last trip) and I just drop it off at the airport post office on my departure day.

We were able to be submersed in a foreign culture that had language barriers but by having the wireless router we felt connected outside our wonderful stay in Tokyo

I purchased the 1-week mobil wi-fi package as I was vacationing in Japan with my family of four. We were very pleased with the quality and speed of the LTE connection, and rarely experienced any reception issues.
