Great product! Very easy to use!

With the exception of 2 times the connections was great when i was in Tokyo and Kyoto. Would rent the service again.

Hired for 11 days. Worked perfect for 3 people, plenty of data. Very easy pick up at airport, and returned the same way. Very good experience.

The process of picking up and returning the hotspot was extremely easy. I gave a 4 star review as we did have some issues where the hotspot quit working and we had to remove the battery to reboot it, and we also had some areas while traveling on a tour that service was spotty. Overall very good and I would rent from Japan Wireless again.

Good performance of the product. Very easy to use. Delivery to the hotel at the scheduled time. Easy to return by depositing the packaging containing the wifi pocket at the reception of the hotel.

Device was pretty straight forward to use and had a decent battery. Easy pick up and drop off at airport!

We found the WiFi at the hotel, it worked very well both as signal strength and battery duration all Over the trip. Very recommended

We were able to pick up our router from Kyoto Post office without any problems. It was incredibly reliable for all of our travels in Central Honshu including some quite remote locations.
