VERY HELPFUL AND INEXPENSIVE, A RIGHT VALUE FOR MONEY.

I was really happy with my japan wireless device during my trop to Japan. The device actually stopped working mid-way, Japan Wireless proactively notified me actually before it happened and replaced it within 24 hours by sending a new device to my hotel.

Power pack wouldn't charge the device.
