This is my second time rental and it works great!
A power bank is also a good addition that I can carry with me everywhere.
Pick-up and drop-off are very easy, too.
I will definitely use their service in the future again.
Thank you for your great service.

Very easy order process and return. They even delivered to my hotel. Wifi worked great in all areas. Will definitely use them again when I return.

If you're thinking of staying anywhere in Japan, I would highly recommend getting a device for portable wifi. We spent 3 weeks in Japan and it gave us regular reliable wifi. This became particularly useful when using Google Maps

Easy to purchase, easy to use. Good network allover Japan.
Much more convenient than a Pocket WiFi.

Great reception and service. Battery life was much better than my previous rental. I had to reboot my PC a couple of times per day to regain connection, not sure if it was my equipment of the wifi box. Leave time for airport pick-up, as the line can get long. Overall, a great service.

I used the premium wifi all over Tokyo and Kyoto for 3 weeks and never had any issues with speed or connection. If I did, it was like 30 seconds max and back to full speed. Highly recommend and when I come back to Japan, I will definitely be a repeat customer.

They delivered the SIM card to my hotel on time. Easy to install and works perfectly!

worked perfectly the entire trip with no drops in signal even underground. Fast speed and used on multiple devices. Drop off was just as simple

I bought this 30 days sim for a month long trip in Hokkaido. Service was great in the mountainous areas! would definitely buy this again

great....kept us online for the whole holiday...
