Reliable, fast internet from anywhere. Wireless broadband that beats Aussie NBN any day of the week.

I have no complaints, everything worked perfectly all the time, from the pick up to the data to the drop off! Super satisfied with the service!

Perfect Wifi
Batery.. And sinal very good..
13 days.. No problens

Thank you for your effort and the extra mile in locating and returning my luggage key. More power!

Having wifi while abroad is a lifesaver! Japan wireless makes it easy to pick up and drop off their pocket wifi, but don't lose the envelope! I made this mistake and had to jump through several hoops to make sure I returned it successfully.

Everything according to the specifications.

great

The product met our expectations and needs, and just as importantly, delivery and return was smooth and hassle free. Thank you

I loved this wifi. It was small and fit into my purse. My friend and I both were able to use it. It helps alot with navigation around Japan!

Just always charge it right before bed and you will have no problems.

I also really appreciated that they gave me a return mail package that I could drop in the mail box before we left the country.

I had ordered a internet package from Japan Wireless it was fast and easy to do and also to return the product was just as simple, worked well thru out all the areas of Japan. I definitely would not have been able to keep in touch with family and friends. The very best thank you
