Very happy witg Japan Wireless

Great service. The only issue we had was how quickly the battery drained. I probably should have turned it off when not using it.

Excellent internet speed for 10 days and two people; would repurchase again!

Great service. I ordered by pocket wifi and had it delivered to my hotel the day prior to my arrival. When I checked in my package was waiting and I simply asked the concierge to place it back in the mail upon my departure. Worked great!

Excelent service, always online,except for one day for a few minutes that the modem went offline but it reboot in one minute and everything was fine again.

Great product. Painless to pick up and use. Painless to drop off when we left. Essential for the whole trip. The extra battery pack was a nice touch as it helps those with long day trips. Will definitely purchase again for our next Japan trip.
