It was great to have this pocket wifi. We travelled around Japan by car and it was very useful to use our google maps. One day we had a small problem with the pocket wifi, I contacted with the company by email and they answered very fast.
Easy to use and we recieved it perfectly in our hotel!!!

I would give it 5 stars if the battery of the devices would last at least for 24h (the one we had lasted 10h maximum)

We were three people connecting the wifi network, mostly in large cities, but also in places like Hakone. We had access to the internet everywhere we went. Pick up was very easy. It just took us a little while to find a mail box to drop off the device at the Narita airport. It was very near the security check.

Quick and easy service, fast and remarkable coverage, never lost connection even in the Tokyo Metro and great value for money.

All you need in one pouch and returning is so easy, just pop it in the supplied pre-paid envelope and drop it in the post.

Easy and convenient. We were a group and Japan Wireless was the cheapest and most convenient option.
My only doubt was the battery, but with the extra PowerBank they provided there was not problem.
