Great service (unless in a verrrrry long tunnel. Would rent again. It was waiting for me at my hotel.

Delivery of the pocket wifi was on time at my hotel.
The connection worked well and fast enough during my 5 day stay in Tokyo and it was also easy to send the device back by putting in a mail box in the street near my hotel.
I will choose Japan Wireless next time I come to Japan.
