Our pocket wifi kept us connected for the entirety of our trip. It was even fast enough for me to watch a Pacific League playoff game on the train. Returning it was easy. This will be our go to internet method on future trips.

From start to finish, renting this pocket wifi was easy. The instructions on email and in the packet was clear. There was a new cable and charger in the packet. 2 people connected with this device and we travelled out of Osaka to Kyoto and Wakayama on small country roads and had no problems with connection. I would use this service again for my next visit.

Just perfect. The sim was easy to install and No problem with the connectivity. It worked smoothly with a decent speed (almost 100 Mbps) in most of the places in Japan. Would definitely recommend this one.

It was easy to use. They also delivered it to my hotel and when I checked in, it was waiting for me. Drop off was a breeze too. You just needed to drop it off at the airport in a box.

100% recommend the 15 day SIMs. We got 4, one for each of the family, and worked perfectly everywhere we went, even in remote places. Made navigating, keeping in touch, finding shops and restaurants and public transport so much easier. Picked up at airport and plugged in and off we went. Thanks for the terrific service.
