Very convenient way of having internet access everywhere. Smooth delivery/return service.

We loved using the Japan Wireless Pocket Wifi on our recent trip.
Convenient, Trouble Free and so efficient. We collected the Wifeless at our Hotel and returned it via the postal system at the Airport. We will always
use Japan Wiseless on what we hope will be many more trips to Japan.

I used Japan Wireless during a 7 day trip and it worked amazingly. I never felt I got slowed down, it was affordable and it only dropped maybe 1 or 2 times during my use. I will be back to Japan and will definitely use them again for my wifi needs.

Ordering and receiving the wifi device was easy and efficient. The wifi service worked well throughout my trip. The company was reliable to follow up via email with tracking info and instructions to easily return the device by mail once done. Excellent experience.
