Very efficient and responsive customer service team. Clear instructions and I had no problems using the router. User-friendly, and long battery life. Will definitely get their services again when i return to Japan.

We would have really struggled without this whilst in Japan. The wifi was excellent, we never lost signal even in rural areas and underground stations, and the long battery life meant that we never had to worry about it running out if charge. The pick up/return service was very simple and took almost no time (picked up from the airport post office, returned by dropping back into a post box). All in all a very good service.

Having reliable wifi service was essential for navigation, translation, communication, and photo sharing. We traveled in Tokyo and north and the only place we didn't have service was in Shinkansen tunnels (as would be expected). Device was waiting for us at the hotel and was easy to return in mailbox at the airport. Extra battery was great to have too.
