My friend and me are more than happy to recommend Japan Wireless to anyone! Getting started was easy, we had a good connection throughout our whole trip. Loved it!

Very useful

Proven high speed and unlimited WIFI. I always use this when I go to Japan.

Pick up from airport is great. However, we almost missed the last pick up time because our flight was delayed for 4 hours. Return is simple, just dropped off at the airport mailbox before you go through security. The service signal is strong. We have 4-5 devices connecting to it and all having great reception. Highly recommend anyone going to Japan to use this service.

Just in a few minutes you can rent the Wifi pocket for your trip.

Very smooth pickup, setup and operation. Good and fast internet access everywhere, except in some very mountainous areas (Yakushima). Recommended product and i would buy it again!

Good coverage, never lost signal except in shin-osaka station (literally just the station). Had full signal even on the train from tokyo to osaka.

Internet was so fast I used the pocket wifi even in hotel and airbnbs.

Wonderful service, timely responses and great staff! Thank you for making things incredibly easy for our upcoming trip!

Easy access...very useful esp. When going around japan and you're just using google map..great help when riding the train stations

I’m so glad I rented this while in Japan! It was a lifesaver! Thank you!
