The pocket WiFi was great around Tokyo. It was super convenient to have around when you don’t want to roam and rack up your cell phone bill. I have an iphone, so I was able to communicate with family in the states and while traveling around Tokyo. The speed and service were on point with no dead spots unless the building was built to not have service it. I highly recommend them. And I’ll be using It again in my next trip.

Proven high speed and unlimited WIFI. I always use this when I go to Japan.

Pick up from airport is great. However, we almost missed the last pick up time because our flight was delayed for 4 hours. Return is simple, just dropped off at the airport mailbox before you go through security. The service signal is strong. We have 4-5 devices connecting to it and all having great reception. Highly recommend anyone going to Japan to use this service.

Very smooth pickup, setup and operation. Good and fast internet access everywhere, except in some very mountainous areas (Yakushima). Recommended product and i would buy it again!

Good coverage, never lost signal except in shin-osaka station (literally just the station). Had full signal even on the train from tokyo to osaka.

Internet was so fast I used the pocket wifi even in hotel and airbnbs.
