I was in Japan for a two week vacation and had purchased two separate e-sim apps that never worked. I spent my first five days struggling with connectivity, and only having wireless when I was in my hotel, or fortunate enough to find a hot spot. In a rain storm, trying to order a cab but unable to because of no wi-fi, a kind tourist told me about Japan Wireless pocket WiFi. I called right away and the next morning your company delivered a set up to my hotel. It was simple to install and never failed me. You saved my vacation! Returning it was simple, too. Thank you so much.

Didn't think it'll be this easy to order one and return it after using wifi throughout my trip without any problem.

It is easy to pick up and using in the Japan.

Used this portable WiFi router in Tokyo and Kyoto, and it worked great. Strong connection, long battery life, and an extra battery pack included. It was small enough to fit in my purse, easy to set up, and priced at around $90 for two weeks—definitely worth it.

Devices worked well, and were not heavy or bulky. As I use multiple phones, it was very helpful.

Wonderful service, very easy and convenient, and great coverage!

Japan Wireless delivered on everything it promised. The unit was at my hotel when I arrived. Instructions and ease of operation couldn’t be simpler. Great WiFi and easy to charge. Mailed back at airport. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend pocket wifi! It lasts the whole day and the internet is fast.

Everything ok. works flawless from the beginning. Thanks.

Worked perfectly throughout our trip, battery life was good and it was easy to return! We'll definitely be using it again on our next trip.
