Delivered the next day at the hostel I was staying. Would definitely use their service again.

From the first till the last minut in Japan the Pocket WiFi helped me to stay online.
Easy to pair, a good speed and really unlimited data.

Good service, nothing to complain for

They were able to accommodate my last minute request. Coverage was great and so was the battery of the device. It even comes bundled with a power bank just in case. I've rented from different vendors and this is the best so far.

Great service. Never missed beat. Was connected all the time. Was able to run multiple devices all streaming video with out any problems. Great coverage. Only lost signal when In the most remote areas. Highly recommended will use this again when we return.

Great product. Great service. Everything worked as advertised. Will use it again on my next trip to Japan.

The mobile Wifi unit worked great. It was a small unit that fit nicely into our day packs and the battery life lasted all day with about 25% battery life left by the time we went to bed. Picking it up at the post office at Narita was a bit of a challenge for first time users, but being able to drop off at the postal box was convenient. We would definitely use Japan wireless again the next time we visit Japan!
