The WiFi was very useful during my trip in Japan

So easy and worked perfectly!
Collection and drop off couldn’t have been easier. Service and connectivity worked really well over the two weeks using it full time for Sat nav and a teenager streaming in the car. Service only dropped out when up a mountain other than that really good. Battery life was good and lasted a day. Would recommend and would use again.

We picked up the pre-paid pocket wifi at Narita airport, very smooth transaction, turned it on and connected our 2 iPhones to it. It connected straight away and stayed that way for the next 3 weeks until we dropped it off at the post box inside Haneda airport. Worked perfectly, highly recommended and we'd use Japan Wireless again without hesitation

The router was delivered to the hotel as agreed and was 100% satisfactory

Pickup was easy. Using it was easy. Reliable little device. Couldn't have explored Japan without it.

Excellent! I traveled in Japan for the month of October. No problems whatsoever. Highly recommend!

Easy to use, I never had connection issues. The only “problem” is that the Wi-Fi charge and powerbank given last only 6-7 hours so another charge source will be necessary if you’ll stay out all day.

Easy to use and good coverage/connectivity. Simple to return by mail.

Full coverage throughout trip for a very reasonable price.

毎回使っていますが、今回は予約が出発間際にもかかわらず、福岡空港で受け取ることができ助かりました。ありがとうございます😊
