See my title: it is a best buy! Congrats!

Prompt delivery, easy to return. Easy to set up. Worked perfectly. Really good price. After having already sent it back due to travel home, we had our flights disrupted and I had to use the internet and make calls. My phone bill is horrendous because of that which shows what an absolute blessing this box was. Don’t travel to Japan without hiring it. It’s well worth the price

So far, the ordering process is easy and straight forward. Will have to see how it does when i put it to the test in Japan.

It was cheap, fast, and convenient. What more could you ask for? Also a battery bank was included at no additional charge and it came in very handy.

First time in Japan and this saved our lives. Small, not bulky, with a long battery life, and was super reliable. Easy to pick up (just specify your airport) and it will direct you exactly where to go to pick it up. Then, drop it off at any post office (or you can ask your hotel to mail it out for you!) 10 out of 10 will rent again when we get back.

This was so easy. Picking up at the airport and being able to return it by mail from anywhere in Japan was the best. Having access to WiFi where ever I was great. Especially to be able to use Google maps (which was my life line to getting around in Japan!). The battery pack was essential as the battery on my unit tended to run down quickly. The battery pack was also very handy to help charge my phone too! Customer serve was quick to respond and very friendly. All in all, Japan Wireless is a wonderful service and I highly recommend it.

Easy online process to begin. WiFi rental was waiting for me at the Narita airport post office as per the booking instructions. Initially, I thought I would need help to set-up the Pocket WiFi, but the service desk at the postal outlet could not help me. However, once we opened up the package all the instructions were straight forward and we had our phones connected within minutes.
The WiFi worked seamlessly when needed, and we really appreciated the extra battery power pack. The return was simple with the prepaid envelope. Popped it into the postal box at the airport as instructed. We had a response within two days that our rental unit had been returned. Highly recommend this company.

Great service

Visited Osaka, Okayama, Hiroshima and parts of Shikoku with not problems. Reliable connection on bus, sightseeing locations, and countryside.
