Never lost service, can’t complain

Very easy to use, I recommend

it always worked, we used it all 21 days of the trip with excellent feedback, we almost never had to use the spare battery. the only advice is to better indicate the collection location at Osaka airport.

Renting this device has easen up our Japan travel. It was very easy to move around and do navigation as it has provided us the convenience of using the internet whenever and wherever we go wothout hesitation. It was fast and best catered our wifi needs.

It is so helpful to stay connected, wherever you go

After setting up Access point name manually. Everything worked as advertised. I had good coverage in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka.

Excellent experience !

Very good and easy service

The package with the wifi was at the hotel when we arrived. The battery lasted around 12 hours each day without needing to be recharged - and there was a portable battery provided. Compared to previous times, we had to restart this device 2x during the trip: but it worked again after. Speed provided is good. Value for money and convenient.

We were well connected during the whole time in Japan. Highly recommended.
