Excellent service, easy collection at airport and flawless coverage throughout my stay. I have already recommended to friends travelling to Japan.

The device itself was quite portable and worked in all locations. The delivery and return were very easy. We avoided the need to make any adjustments to our phone and rental was more cost effective than our carrier's international plan. Very satisfied.
