Set up and return were simple. Used this device without issue for 2 devices over 11 days. Great range and very long battery life (14hrs).

Very strong signal anywhere in Japan. Went to Nagano and up the mountain s and still good signal. Easy to pick up in the airport and return by mail pack which is included. Includes a power pack and cords and storage bags. Great company
