Delivery to closest post office perfect, pocket wifi functioned very well. Installing the translation device was more problematic
A pocket WiFi is a must while traveling in Japan. Easy pick up and drop off process. The WiFi service was 100% reliable at all of our destinations. The speed was even faster than the WiFi offered at many of the hotels! Will use the service for our next trip for sure.
