The wifi pick up instructions were easy to follow, as were the return instructions. The wifi worked great, and the battery life was very good. The cord that came with the kit was the wrong jack size. They were very helpful on the phone and were willing to deliver the correct cord to the hotel. I was able to borrow a cord that fit into the wifi for charging from a friend.

The WiFi package was waiting for me when I arrived at the airport. The wireless connection and speed were great throughout my 2 week trip to Tokyo. I appreciated the included portable battery. Return was simple since the company included a pre-filled envelop for me to just pop into a mailbox at the airport. Had no issues whatsoever. 10/10 would choose this company again.
