The transaction was fast and hassle-free. Getting the unit at Kansai Airport T2 was a breeze. When we extended for a few days, I just emailed their customer support and received a reply immediately with the link to extend the validity. Paid for it via credit card and voila! It was so convenient returning it as well, just find a post box and you're good to go. There was signal everywhere we went and data was fast. I would definitely order it again when we go back to Japan and recommend it to family and friends.

This was a great option for us travelers, I wish they offered this everywhere. It was considerably cheaper than paying for your own WiFi on your phone plan, and you can share with others in your group if you plan to stay together. The process was very easy. My only complaint is the charger didn’t work but luckily Japan and USA have the same chargers and that was not a problem for us. Super easy set up! You literally turn it on, and connect to it, that’s it! Make sure to charge nightly, it lasted us the entire day sightseeing without dying!

Japan-wireless provided excellent customer service at the counter, and I was able to use the device without issue all over Japan without a single interruption, it was reliable, and the battery on the device + battery bank lasted from morning all the way through the night and into first train even after staying up all night in Shinjuku.

Bestellprozess war einwandfrei. QR Code für Abholung am Flughafen erhalten. Leider mussten wir die Reise 3 Tager vorher stornieren. Stornieren ging dann nur per E-mail, aber einwandfrei und Geld zu 100% retour erhalten.
