A must have when travelling Japan

Have been using Japan-Wireless systematically in the last two years. Easy pick up at both airports. Plug and play. Never had connections issue (even while staying in a house lost in a forrest in Nagano prefecture). Communication by email (if necessary) works too !

Awesome! I enjoyed using my pocket wifi. It was high speed and I was able to connect multiple devices.

Have used Japan Wireless on 2 occasions. On the second I had to cancel our trip. JW refunded me completely in a timely manner. I have recommended JW to all my friends.

Easy pickup, connection and drop off. Reliable connection to the net with no lapse in service everywhere we went. Highly recommend the service.

Japan Wireless have a very easy to use web site, they communicate clearly and often to keep you informed of your orders progress and the delivery service is excellent. Great product, great service.
