Everything went perfect, starting from the reservation until the return. The internet service worked everywhere and no problem occured at all. I highly recommend to rent a portable router.

Happy with the uninterrupted and strong wifi connection we got from japan wireless at a very reasonable rate.

I visited Japan with a group of friends for a few weeks and this helped a lot. It was easy to connect to and we were able to use it to travel around. Getting the device was easy, I was able to pick it up and then drop off the device at my nearest post office.

Ottimo prezzo ottime prestazioni

I rented four devices for my family to use while on a trip to Nagoya.
Connection was mostly very good and the devices hardly needed to be connected to the included battery pack.
We accidentally took one of the devices home to the Philippines and they were very kind and understanding of the situation. I sent them back the unit and was not charged extra for my mistake. Great, great service.
