19 days in Japan. We had always wifi coverage. Easy to use and an excellent companion in our trip.

Excellent service. Very easy pick-up the portable wifi device, which was easy to use and return at the end of the trip.

Highly recommend this company for their wireless services

I had no problem each time I used. (This is probably my fourth or fifth time.) Only one criticism I have is that this time I did not get notification of WiFi return when I left Japan. So perhaps you should make sure everyone gets it for their peace of mind.

Perfect. Wonderful device

This is a fantastic service. I ordered it before I left home and it was waiting for me at the hotel when I arrived. No issues with the device through the whole trip and it was easy to mail it back at the airport when I left. Best of all was the email to advise that they had received it back at the end of the trip. Seamless, transparent service! I wish we had this service at home!

We had overall a great experience using the Japan Wireless device. The product was delivered on time, the connection was great and the spare battery was very convenient. Very useful in our traravel aroun Japan.
