The service was awesome, I had internet all the time and everywhere!

The service and product were wonderful , the portable wifi was such a great help.
I will get it again and HIGHLY recommend using Japan Wireless when in Japan again.

Japan wireless is one of the easiest to order and use. I was able to contact them through Facebook messenger to extend my rental as well as have it shipped to my hotel since their kix airport location closes early overall I would order again when I go back to Japan and recommend them to my friends

I have to cancel my trip and Japan Wireless canceled my order without any issues.
