It was my first time using pocket WiFi service and everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend!

Used this for about a week and a half and worked great! Battery lasted all day and had service just about everywhere I went. Very easy to set up and use and a good size for portability. Convenient pickup and easy drop off with clear instructions! Price point was competitive with other brands. Customer service is quick and friendly! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a pocketwifi while in Japan.

My experience with Japan Wireless was simply perfect. Everything, from pick up, to delivery, not to mention signal covering, was just great, all at a fairy price!

I used with my travel group for 8 people and it performed seamlessly and without any trouble.:-)
High data rate and long lasting power for an 9 hour usage it still hat 17 % of charge;
I never had to use the extra provided power bank.
highly recommend the gadget and the service for dispatching the tool to the hotel and back to the service unit

Used the service for my vacation and it was very convenient and reliable. The battery of the device comfortably lasted throughout the day.

Seamless pickup at Narita terminal 2.
Easy to use. No setup was required from my side. Easy to use. I did not use the spare battery,but it was nice to have just in case I needed it. Simple to return inside terminal2 post box.
A good all round package.
