I travel to Japan frequently snd have rented hot spots from a number of different companies
I will only use japan wireless moving forward. Their service is perfect and when I had to cancel a trip they fully refunded my payment without issue

Very good wifi service

I've used this service twice now and both times it was flawless. We stayed in Tokyo both times and had zero issues. The pocket wifi was at our hotel when we arrived and the drop at Haneada was simple.

Great service that worked so smooth.
