This is our third time renting a wifi from Japan wireless. The price is very good，and the internet is very good throughout the whole time（45days）We will continue using this service in the future！

Didn’t know what to expect as a foreigner, but the process to pick up and eventually drop off is super easy. The device quickly connects and last quite a while No issues whatsoever Highly Recommend this.

Convenient and reliable. Return process is also very easy.

This was our second time using the service, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everything was perfect!

It is the third time I use this service and it is simply fantastic! Easy to pick up at the airport (or hotel), very easy to use and return into any post box. I really recommend it!

Good service, very useful, i will try again when i will come back Japan.

We picked up our mobile hotspot from the airport and used it for 8 days while we traveled through Japan. It was awesome. The coverage was flawless. Be sure to charge the hotspot and extra battery every night. In fact, just plug the extra battery into the hot sport before leaving for the day. We dropped ours off at a post box at Haneda. Super easy. Way better than paying for US based international plans. Be aware though, it is a hotspot, so if you wonder off and are out of range, you will drop the internet. So plan ahead. Overall, would recommend. It was awesome and way cheaper than US based data plans.

It was very useful throughout our trip, there were just minor inconveniences that came with it though. We often had to reset the network because it would not be working and also the battery ran out pretty fast. It did come with an extra portable battery which helped but had to charge both items every night. Overall, it did its job, it was easy to use and easy to return. For the price, it was perfect for our 10- day trip. Would definitely rent again.

Very satisfied with the Japan Wireless for 13 days usage as the battery can last the entire day from 8am till 11pm, with strong signal as I on my goggle map to travel on bus, walking and train. I had not used the power bank to charge Japan Wireless, instead used it to charge my mobile phone.

This is an excellent option for people who have locked cellphones when visit Japan. It may be confusing at first on how to activate the wifi, but once it connected to the network, it works very well. I recommend to people who want to keep their home country sim cards.
