I was looking for a portable WiFi router to be used in my upcoming work trip to Tokyo. The company that I used to rent from no longer seems to be in business. Searched on the web, and found the JW website. The reservation was easy to use, steps were clearly arranged, and payment was made without hassles. I am all set for my internet needs for the trip - in only a few minutes! Bravo!

Internet connection very good and working very well around Tokyo city

We used our wireless hotspot in Kyoto and Tokyo over a 3 week trip, and the company was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. Our first hotspot unexpectedly stopped working and we were able to get a replacement delivered to us within a day. Coverage was good for everyday tasks and helped to ensure we could communicate with family and friends back home. Thanks for a great experience!
