It works very good and easy

Thank you. We loved the device - it was easy to use and it hold battery all day. Extra power bank also was great addition but it was more for "peace of mind".

Only one negative thing I would like to mention - you should allow to return the device exactly at the same place we you picked it up - it will much more convenient for tourists like me.

Thank you for the speedy delivery for my Hotspot at the hotel. I really appreciate. Wifi connection and speed were great! The only thing from giving me a full 5 star is that battery was low with mine and would run out pretry fast. Powerbank in my use also would run out of battery fast

We had the wifi sent to our hotel and received it upon check in. Then asked the hotel to mail it back to company upon check-out. It was very easy to go online to reserve it. Glad there was also an extra charging device because the router didn’t last that long. Hence the 4 stars. Otherwise staff was helpful and responded quickly when I contacted them with questions. Really appreciate that! 😊🙏🏻
