The setvice was excellent.

Great product! Collected from my hotel lobby on arrival and dropped off at the airport before heading home. Reliable and fast connection, easy to use, had absolutely no issues.

The experience was worry free. I had access to wifi anytime regardless of where I was. I plan to use the pocket wifi next time I visit Japan .

The wifi was delivered to our hotel the next day and work very well for all 4 users in our party. The return process was even easier as the post box was by the security gate. Good service and system.

Very reliable! thank you

The device worked just fine not only in Tokyo but also in rural areas.

We always use Japan Wireless when in Japan. It worked perfectly throughout our trip, and pickup and returning was an easy process.

The device I ordered was perfect for me. Shipping and everything was without problems.

Clear instructions on how and what to do for collection, setting up and returning. Would use again for future trips. :)

Worked really well. The connection was fast. Very convenient
