Easy to book and efficient

Quick to order, fast pick up at the airport, easy to use with quick speeds, easy to return.

Long battery and easy to set up. They delivered it to my hotel so I was able to use it right away.

We collected our pocket WiFi from the agent at Haneda, and it worked faultlessly throughout our 12 day trip on two phones and usually lasted for a full day, but the bonus was having a spare battery power pack and leads just in case.
You have to make sure the pocket WiFi is with you of course! - easy to leave it if you change clothes, but not too bulky. Dropped it off in the check in area post box at Haneda (no box in the departure area) in envelope supplied and its return was acknowledged next day.

Excellent service. Only criticism is that you need to have a pickup and drop off point in terminal 3 at Narita
